DETAILS Hi I’m Christian and I’m the owner of Step into Life Collaroy.

I make all my sessions fun and motivating yet challenging you to get out of your comfort zone and forging a path to reaching your fitness goals whether they are weight loss or improvements in cardiovascular fitness.  Our variety is endless so no matter your age or fitness levels we have a structured program to suit your needs. One session and you’ll be hooked!!

EXPERIENCE 8 Years
MAIN FOCUS Here at Step into Life Collaroy we pride ourselves on training in a fun non intimidating environment.  Our sessions are upbeat and motivating and we train in possibly the most beautiful training venue in Australia-Long Reef headland.

Our classes include Cardio, toning and Kickboxing sessions as well as Powerflex(pilates/yoga)classes on on a weekly timetable.  Below is detail of what our classes involve.

At Step into Life cardio sessions we'll cover endurance, intervals, cardio-games, cardio ball work, hills, cross-training, circuits, boxing and a lot more.

In our Toning sessions we'll use a wide variety of training equipment to achieve a visible toning result that you'll feel and others will notice.  Dumbbells, fit balls, medicine balls, abdominal mats and more. The outdoor environment provides us with so much more in the way of equipment and variety, so you'll just keep having fun while you get fitter!

Although Step into Life Kickboxing sessions might sound intimidating – they aren't. Infact they're an awesome workout for the whole body, and if nothing else, they're a fantastic stress relief workout!




Biggest Loser iii
Weight loss competition to lose a sustainable amount of weight per week while trying to establish healthy eating habits which can be continued long term after comp finishes.  Goes for 10 weeks with weekly weigh in's and 3 weekly measurements.  Meal plans, weekly challenges accumulating through out comp.  Minimum of 3 sessions per week.  $150 deposit refundable on completion of all sessions over 10 weeks.  

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is 3 consecutive days of 2 hrs per day of weights, tyre work, ropes, car pushing, water bomb fights, shallow water, grass and sand work.  Team exercises going head to head against another team.  Finishing with BBQ and drinks.
Price includes t shirt, bbq and 6 hrs of exercise plus extras.  Fri nite, sat morning and Sunday arvo.  Lots of fun.  Weights focus first session, cardio second session and fun teams challenge third session.
